Burgers are a classic, an all-time favourite for many; we challenged the status quo of burgers with something different, Madame Sum style. As with all dumplings, the meet is completely enveloped in the dough.

It is no secret: Brioche is the king (or maybe queen?) of all bread. It’s fluffy, melts in your mouth and although sweet, matches perfectly with savoury flavours. We had no choice than that to make our homemade brioche, match it with a unique mix of Swiss beef and spices and have a dumpling-like creation.

Strongly recommended with our homemade BBQ Mayo
Cooking instructions: 25-30 mins at 150°C (turning heat)

How to Madame Sum

Steaming, are you crazy?! Not quite, this is how simple it is!

Place frozen dumplings on baking paper in bamboo basket. Provide 1L boiling water.

Steam the dumplings for about 6-7 minutes. Don’t let them cool down. Enjoy hot and steamy.
