To all our Genevois and everyone else, we are thrilled to announce our new pop-up - in partnership with THE FOUR SEASONS HOTEL DES BERGUES (insert victory music) on the Ile Rousseau:

DUMPLINGS BY THE LAKE!

Yep, you can now find us all summer long until September in the heart of Geneva.

So what are we doing exactly, and what is the purpose of this pop-up?

Dumplings by the lake is the perfect spot for your after-work apéros and brunch cocktails, perfect for those summer nibbles and late-night dinners.

We offer a wide range of special cocktails, damn good dumplings, and a fabulous gastronomic menu that has been carefully curated by chef Axel and his team.

Close your eyes and imagine:

You just got off work, and it’s time for you and the work team to grab a drink and forget about that annoying client you met earlier. You pass by Ile Rousseau, and in the corner of your eye, you see the fairy lights shimmer on the Lac Léman. You hear the sound of people talking and bottles popping and all decide a cheeky pastis and pétanque is the right move. You scan the menu and order a "Caesar was a dumpling lover" Caesar salad because you actually feel like having a bite.  A couple more rounds of pétanque and pastis, and you are vibing.

Sounds pretty damn good, no?

Now let's come back to reality. Or not because this can be your reality.

Starting today, Dumplings By The Lake is officially open and ready for your dumpling after-work.

Now, what do we offer at Dumplings By The Lake? You have to come and try it yourself but here's a quick rundown.

During the day, we offer excellent cocktails and wine. The lunch menu is composed of some tasty soups, and dumpling salad bowls. These dumpling salad bowls are our take on classic meals merged with some of our dumplings to create a salad that is as filling as delicious. We have a pétanque field for everyone to be able to show off their skills and some comfy seats to talk and lounge around.

For dinner, it's a whole new story. A gourmet experience with eight of our fantastic dumplings served a la carte and sharing plates to compliment them.

We are super excited about this concept and we want this to be the place for you to go to any time of the day and any day of the week. With a new team of incredible people and great vibes, we welcome you! It took us a lot of hard work and hectic weeks to get this all sorted and ready for customers, so be sure to check it out, post about it, bring your friends, and send us your pétanque score. We want to see as much about it as possible because it’s not often you get to enjoy Madame Sum dumplings in the heart of Geneva on an island
