We simply love this season and the products that come with it. 3 weeks ago we introduced a Fondue Dumpling with Vacherin Mont D'or for our Dumpling Addict club members and you loved it! We are currently reworking the recipe and will release it for everyone on FRIDAY, so stay hungry!
In the meantime we launch a winter-version of our CHICKEN DUMPLING! IT IS DAMN GOOD!

Morilles
Morels belong to some of our favourite mushrooms eveeer! (Besides white truffle of course ;)) We just love the flavour, the balanced and elegant earthiness and the fact that you can pair them extremely well with chicken, asparagus, in a DAMN GOOD cream sauce, with a Veal Carré, MIAM! Simply the prince of mushrooms.

Muscat
We have partnered up with a great producer that we have known since our time in Lausanne: Domain Les Perrières. The little village of Peissy, tucked away in the heart of Geneva’s vineyards, just a few kilometers outside the city, has been home to their family estate since 1794. Domaine Les Perrières is often found at the top of the podium at national and international competitions. The estate’s vintages can in some of the best restaurants in Switzerland and around the world.
