A tribute to the roots
We are pleased to present you our take on 2 classic bites, influenced by the South East Asian countries. Staying in complete awe of traditional dumpling culture and aim to honour it by consciously creating our own product. We always remain humble, fully aware of the craftsmanship it demands and with the utmost respect for ingredients.
The Tiger Prawn
As part of our series, we propose our take on the prawn dumpling. A homemade green paste, made with ginger, coriander, garlic and pepper elevates the fish with freshness and a feisty character. The texture of the prawns with fresh herbal flavours topped with oyster sauce for a quick trip to South-East Asia!
The Thai Green Curry
Exploration is essential to fully understand and celebrate heritage. Fully trained in Thai cuisine by Thai chefs, Chef Peeter decided to jump to his past and demonstrate the explosive flavours present in a traditional green curry. A mix of vegetables is enhanced by a fragrant and spicy curry paste, slightly tuned down by the sweetness of coconut milk.
