Steaming, are you crazy?! Not quite, this is how simple it is!
Place the frozen dumplings on baking paper in bamboo basket. Add 1L boiling water and steam the dumplings for 6-7 minutes. Alternatively place the dumplings onto a steaming tray and steam at 100°C for 6-7 minutes.
No bamboo basket or steamer around? Use a frying pan with 4dl of boiling water and steam the dumplings for 6-7 minutes.

- Steam the truffle brie dumpling separately for 5 minutes.
- Heat a tea spoon of sunflower oil in a frying pan.
- Pan fry on the bottom side until you have a golden crust.
