When looking at a salmon one cannot do anything than remain impressed. It’s a beautiful looking fish, full of colours, strong and fatty.

We wanted to celebrate this fish by bringing forward all of its flavour characteristics,
matching it with a delicate bechamel, homemade lemon confit and fresh spinach.

Place frozen dumplings on baking paper in bamboo basket. Provide 1L boiling water.


Steam the dumplings for about 6-7 minutes. Don’t let them cool down. Enjoy hot and steamy.
